Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the warm water, yeast, and salt until yeast and salt are dissolved
Step 2
Add the flour to the bowl all at once and stir together until a sticky dough forms
Step 3
Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let it rise for 2 hours or until it's doubled in volume
Step 4
30 minutes before you are ready to bake, preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Place your dutch oven in the oven with the lid on
Step 5
Scrape the dough to the edge of a piece of parchment paper dusted with flour. Form it into a loaf shape
Step 6
Use the edges of the parchment paper to flip the loaf over so the floured side is on top and the loaf is in the center of the paper
Step 7
Cut a few slits about 1/2" deep across the top
Step 8
Place the loaf in the dutch oven
Step 9
Cook with the lid on for 35 minutes
Step 10
Remove lid and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until about 200 degrees inside
