Instructions

Step 1
1) To your food processor add the Cashews, Brazilian Nuts, Walnuts, Pistachios, Rolled Oats/ Puffed Quinoa, Nigella Seeds, Moringa Powder, Celtic Salt and Pitted Medjool Dates.

2) Blend all these ingredients together until you can squeeze the mixture and it sticks together, but crumbles apart at the same time. *You may need to blend in batches

3) Transfer the mixture into a large mixing bowl.

4) Add in the remaining ingredients one at a time and mix to incorporate well adding the agave gradually until you can roll the mixture into a ball without it crumbling apart.

5) Press the mixture into a medium cookie cutter onto a lined baking tray, pressing down firmly until all your bars are formed. Approx 45 Bars

6) Preheat Oven to 160c Fan Forced

7) Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown - keep your eye on them as they may burn!

8) Let cool before storing them in an airtight container and enjoy.
