Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake it in the oven for 45-50 min

Step 2
Mix 2 bananas, 4EL milk, 80ml agave syrup, 4 tbsp coconut oil and 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Step 3
Crush 4 tbsp walnut and mix with 4 tbsp cashews with 70g oats, 170g welled flour, 2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp baking soda and a pinch of salt
Step 4
Mix dry and wet ingredients and add crushed chocolate. Fill dough in a loaf pan.
Step 5
Half banana, put it on the dough and sprinkle it with agave syrup.Add some walnuts as topping.
Step 6
Bake it in the oven for 30 min (180 °C), reduce the heat and bake it for another 15-20min (150 °C)
