Instructions
Step 1
Soak the rice cakes in water for about 10 minutes and drain.
Step 2
In a pan, add water, pepper paste (gochujang), Korean pepper powder, sugar, mirin and soy sauce. Stir until it dissolves. Add in rice cakes and fish cake then cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add heavy cream, green onion and cheese. Lower heat and cover with a lid for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
Step 3
Serve this while it’s still warm so that the cheese still gooey and stretchy!
