Creamy Kimchi Udon
9 steps
Prep:5minCook:25min
Need an easy but satisfying meal? You must try this creamy kimchi udon! You can make this recipe in under 30 minutes with only one pan. No udon? No problem! You can replace the udon with any pasta or noodles if you like! I imagine this would pair well with fettuccine noodles. If you're using udon noodles, I recommend using the frozen or vacuum sealed variety because they're already pre-cooked. All you have to do is pour hot water over them or boil them for 1-2 minutes, or until the noodles separate. You can also make this recipe vegetarian by omitting the bacon (which I sometimes do)! I hope you try it!
