Instructions
Step 1
preheat the oven to 450 degrees
Step 2
rinse the cauliflower thoroughly, break it up, dry it, and put it in a large bowl
Step 3
mince the garlic and add it to the bowl
Step 4
pour enough olive oil to coat the cauliflower
Step 5
squeeze some lemon juice into the bowl
Step 6
add salt and pepper
Step 7
shake the bowl to mix up the ingredients
Step 8
pour cauliflower onto a cookie sheet or casserole dish
Step 9
after 15 minutes mix around the cauliflower, then cook for another 15 minutes or until the cauliflower starts to brown
