Instructions

Step 1
Boil water and salt and cook pasta according to package instructions. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and cornstarch. Heat oil and butter and cook the shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side. Remove from pan.
Step 2
Using the same pan, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add heavy cream and cream cheese and mix. Add parmesan cheese, salt and let this come to slight boil. Add pasta then toss together. Add steamed broccoli, then the cooked shrimp. Top with some more parmesan cheese.
