Step 1
Start by taking one layer of phyllo dough, placing it on a clean surface and brushing it with melted butter . Top with another layer of phyllo dough and add brush melted butter on top. Spoon table cream or pistachio paste (or mixture of both) on top add chopped pistachios and a sprinkle of sugar then fold it closed. Heat a skillet over high heat add melted butter then dough on top and brush more melted butter on the opposite side. Cook for about 30 to 40 seconds until golden Brown and crisp then flip it over and allow it to go in additional 30 to 40 seconds until Golden Brown and crisp on both sides. To serve slice and top with a sprinkle of chopped pistachios and powdered sugar.
