Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop tomato. (This can be done in blender)
Step 2
Peel and crush garlic clove. (This can be done in blender after peeling)
Step 3
Deseed and finely chop jalapeño. (This can be done in blender after deseeding)
Step 4
After chilling onion, peel and finely chop. (This can be done in blender after peeling)
Step 5
Halve avocados and remove pits and scoop flesh.
Step 6
Mash avocado in bowl making it smooth or chunky as you like.
Step 7
Stir in tomato, garlic, red onion, jalapeño and lime juice then season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Finely chop cilantro including stalks and stir into guacamole. (This can be done in blender)
Step 9
Add salt, pepper and lime juice to taste.
Step 10
Serve immediately or leave avocado stone in bowl.
