Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice!

Step 2
Finely mince garlic, ginger and the chili. Cut up the whites of the spring onion.




Step 3
Peel and cut the carrots into thin rings. Prepare the Brokkoli and cut it into bite sized pieces.


Step 4
Cut up chicken to slices or pieces, season them and fry it at high heat in a secondary pan.

Step 5
Fry the green onion, garlic, chili and ginger at high heat and keep them moving so they don’t burn.

Step 6
Add carrots and fry them until they become soft or optionally develop brows spots. Then add in the broccoli and fry it as well until desired softness.
Step 7
Add sesame oil, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and lime juice to taste as well as some cilantro.





Step 8
Just before plating, add sesame seeds and the onion greens for garnishing.
