Instructions
Step 1
Boil and blanch green beans, 8ish minutes in salted boiling water and 1 minute in ice bath. Drain but don’t dry Put in large bowl and toss with olive oil immediately then add lemon zest and 1/2 tsp lemon juice, a crushed clove of garlic and generously salt them. Crumple up parchment paper and place in brown paper bag to keep from leaking and serve.
