Instructions

Step 1
Peel and prepare cauliflower into small pieces, wash and drain. Simply add salt in a pot of water and bring to boil, put cauliflower in boiling water and add a small amount of cooking oil in the water, remove cauliflower from the pot after 30 seconds.
Step 2
Slice garlic, ginger and chop scallion, cut dried chili and mix with Szechuan peppercorn.
Step 3
Start with lard or cooking oil in a heated skillet, add sliced garlic, ginger, dried chili and Szechuan peppercorn to mix until aroma comes out (on medium heat). Further put cauliflower in the sauce to mix, season with light soy sauce, sugar, chicken powder, chopped scallion and drizzle with cooking oil to mix well. Remove from the heat and serve warm.
