Instructions

Step 1
1. preheat oven to 300, cut up potatoes and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper

2. bake for 20 minutes

3. while that's baking season your chicken thighs with seasonings above (ingredients 2-6)

4. push the potatoes to one side of the pan and add the chicken to pan and increase the heat to 425. bake potatoes and chicken for 25 more minutes

5. while that's cooking assemble the cucumber tomato salad by mixing the ingredients (cucumber to garlic powered) also add salt and pepper to taste
Step 6
6. assemble bowl with potatoes, chicken (cut into pieces), cucumber tomato salad and top with tzatziki
