Instructions
Step 1
1. Peel the Cucumber and Garlic.
2. Remove the core and seeds from the Bell Pepper.
3. Cut the vegetables into smaller pieces and place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
4. Blend for 1 minute until smooth, fully combined and the desired consistency is reached.
5. Taste and add additional seasoning if desired.
6. Refrigerate in a sealed container for 3-4 hours until completely chilled and enjoy.
