Ingredients

4slices bread
150mlmilk
4eggs
1 tspcumin
1 tsppaprika
1 tspchili flakes
¾ cupcrumbled feta
¾ cupparsley
chopped
½ cupdill
chopped
For the dip
Instructions
Step 1
Add stale bread of choice to a bowl then cover with the milk and let it sit five minutes to soak.
Step 2
Squeeze out the excess liquid from the bread then crumble it into a bowl and add the beaten eggs feta parsley dill cumin paprika chili salt and pepper to taste and mix it all well
Step 3
Add large spoonfuls of this mixture to form Pattie’s on an oiled hot pan then cook on medium heat on both sides until golden
For the dip
Step 4
Add all the ingredients for the dip in a bowl then mix together
