Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix miso paste, mirin, mandarin orange juice, honey, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Step 2
Add salmon; gently mix until fillets are well-coated with the miso marinade.
Step 3
Marinate salmon for 30 to 60 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Step 5
Remove salmon from marinade, then place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 6
Top with a few mandarin slices.
Step 7
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily.
Step 8
Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
Step 9
Serve with rice and bok choy, if desired.
