Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 180°

In a bowl mix tomato paste with all the seasonings. Adjust it according to your liking.

Put the schnitzel in the oven for about 15-20min. Flip the schnitzel halfway in the cooking process
Step 4
Take it out from the oven an then spread the tomato paste mix over the cooked schnitzel.
Step 5
Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top then put it back in the oven until it melts.
Step 6
Put the parsley flakes on the schnitzel and you're done!
