Instructions

Step 1
Start by adding your bananas to your bowl and mash. Add your flour and mix until a scraggy dough forms. Pour your dough onto a floured surface and knead until it’s no longer sticky. Add more flour if required (as all bananas are difference sizes).
Step 2
Roll into balls and then push your finger in the middle to create a hole. Repeat for all donuts.
Step 3
Place into the air fryer at 180C for 11 minutes until cooked through and golden. For a deep golden look we recommend brushing with butter before air frying.
Step 4
Remove, dip your warm donuts in melted butter or brush with a small amount of honey and toss or dip in your sugar! Enjoy
