Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F), 160°C fan (320°F), gas mark 4 and line 2 baking sheets with baking paper.


Step 2
Put the bananas in a large bowl and stir in the oats and raisins until well combined

Step 3
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets to make 18 biscuits. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and golden. Cool on a wire rack, then serve.
