Instructions

Step 1
1. On a half-sheet pan lined with parchment paper, place 6 sliced prosciutto. 2. Combine honey, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, roasted garlic, and roasted red bell pepper in a small metal bowl. Next, slowly heat the bowl over a pot of boiling water and combine with a whisk. Remove both from heat. Keep the bowl on top of hot water to keep warm. 3. Brush sauce on one side of the prosciutto. Flip and brush the other side. 4. Cook in oven at 300 for 5 minutes. Check for caramelizing, and cook for additional time as necessary. Drain and let cool slightly. 5. Place rolled pizza dough on a lightly floured peel, seasoned side down. Place three cheese slices on half of the dough, top with all the prosciutto, and then the remaining cheese. Fold over, top with parmesan, and place in a wood-fired oven. Toast until golden brown, then flip and toast until golden brown. 6. Slice in half. Garnish with arugula.
