Step 1
Roughly chop leek, tomato and ham. Whisk eggs and mix with the chopped ingredients and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Grease a cup with the butter. Pour in egg mix. Cook on highest microwave level for 45 seconds. Take egg out, whisk, and cook for another 45 seconds in the microwave.
Step 3
Alternatively, you can cook them the same way in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 °C.
