Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 C.Mix the cottage cheese with egg in a bowl. Add semolina and the rest of ingredients, set aside for 10mins. Prepare bakkng sheet with parchment paper. With a spoon take some of the mixture and form into a satsuma sized ball, put on the baking sheet and press down gently to splat it. Repeat until no mixture is left in the bowl. Put into the oven for 25mins. Can also fry in pan but this way it'll be more calorific. Eat with greek yoghurt with honey for example. Excellent hot or cold.
