Instructions
Step 1
Ingredient Prep: Slice kielbasa into half circle slices of desired thickness. Dice cabbage, slice onion, and slice carrots.
Step 2
Sear kielbasa until slightly crispy, then remove from pan
Step 3
Saute onion in the same pan
Step 4
Add carrots to the pan with the onions and saute until they begin to soften
Step 5
Add cabbage and spices to the pan, stir, and cover for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until cabbage softens.
Step 6
While cabbage is cooking, boil the egg noodles until done.
Step 7
Once done, add the noodles to the pan with cabbage, add kielbasa back to the pan, and add the butter. Stir to combine.
