Instructions
Step 1
Bake sweet potato in IP. Roast tomatoes whole in air fryer or on stove. Mash avocado for guacamole (I add some homemade salsa and jalapeño).
Step 2
Marinate the chickpeas in 1/2 lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of chili powder. Once potato is done, slice open, add chickpeas, guacamole, cilantro, more jalapeño slices optional, tomatoes and the sliced radishes
