Instructions
Step 1
Put 300g white chocolate into a microwaveable bowl and microwave in bursts until fully melted and smooth.

Step 2
Break 10 oreos into pieces and add to the melted white chocolate. Mix together.

Step 3
Pour into an 8 x 8 tray and top with the rest of the oreos (broken).
Step 4
Refrigerate for at least one hour. Cut/break into pieces. Store in the fridge.

Absolutely lovely! I accidentally put a full pack of oreos (14) instead of 10 into the chocolate, but it's delicious! I didn't put any on the top as I prefer to suck chocolate and in my experience, adding things to the top hurts the roof of my mouth :D I think if you prefer quite a biscuity chocolate, add 14, if you'd prefer chocolate with biscuit in, add 10. (Photo taken before refrigerating). 14 does make the chocolate look quite grey though, so if giving as a gift you might want to stick to 10.
