Instructions
Step 1
First slice thinly chicken and marinate in favourite spices. Then fry chicken, remove once cooked. Cut your veg into thin slices, then into matches.
Cook your glass noodles
Step 2
Boil kettle, pour some water onto wide, deep plate to cool down a bit
Step 3
Take a rice paper, wet it until its soft, put on another plate, and get assembling. Put veg, protein and rice noodles in the middle of the wrap, then roll it like a burrito.
Step 4
Set aside. If you wish, you can pan fry it to make it crisper or just eat as it.
