0.7tinned no salt added diced tomatoes

⅔ Tbsphoney
⅓ cupcoconut milk
⅓ cupwater
1.31 tspdried active baking yeast

1.64 cupswhole wheat flour

Instructions
Step 1
Dice skinless chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and marinate with ingredients. Marinate for 6 hours, preferably, or at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry chicken pieces for 6-7 minutes each until they have color on medium-high heat. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Add onion to the pan and sauté until translucent on medium heat (approx. 7 minutes). Add garlic, ginger, and spices then sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Step 4
Add tomatoes, almonds, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add mixture to a blender, then return to the pan on low heat.
Step 5
Add chicken back to the pan along with coconut milk and honey, and stir to combine. Adjust for salt and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6
To make naan, mix water, yeast, and sugar, let sit for 5 minutes. Add yogurt and egg white and whisk to combine.
Step 7
Whisk whole wheat flour and salt. Add yeast mixture, stir until dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth.
Step 8
Place in an oiled bowl, let rest for 1 hour until doubled.
Step 9
Split into 2 pieces, roll each into thin ovals.
Step 10
Make garlic oil by mixing olive oil, grated garlic, and herbs.
Step 11
Heat a pan on medium-high, add naan, cook for 1-2 minutes, flip, cook another minute, flip again to form an air pocket.
Step 12
Remove, brush with garlic oil and serve.
