Baby Spinach and Pineapple Smoothie
Many people are wary of green smoothies, but in this recipe, the taste of the spinach is completely masked by the pineapple and apple, so you get all the vitamins without the "grassy" flavor. It’s a particularly refreshing and cleansing drink.

Instructions
Step 1
Place the spinach and mint at the bottom (so the liquid and fruit push them down toward the blades).
Step 2
Add the pineapple and kiwi.
Step 3
Pour in the apple juice and lemon juice.
Step 4
Blend until you have a completely smooth green drink (with no pieces of leaves left).
