2 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbspteriyaki sauce
½ tspgarlic powder
½ tspcayenne pepper
1 Tbspsesame oil
1 Tbspsunflower oil
1 Tbsphoney

Instructions
Chicken Teriyaki
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into slices.
Step 2
Place in a bowl with the other ingredients, except for the sunflower oil, and leave to marinate until the other ingredients are prepared.
Step 3
Heat the sunflower oil over a medium-high heat and add the meat. Fry for approx. 3-4 mins.
Fried vegetables
Step 4
Cut the carrots and peppers into strips.
Step 5
Heat the oil over a medium heat and add the vegetables. Sauté for approx. 3-4 mins. and season with salt and pepper to finish.
Caramelized onions
Step 6
Cut the onion into slices.
Step 7
Heat the oil over a medium heat. Add the onion and fry for approx. 3 mins. while stirring.
Step 8
Now add the honey and leave to caramelize for a further minute.
Step 9
Finally, season with salt and pepper.
Sauce
Step 10
Put the mayo and hoisin sauce in a bowl and mix well.

Cut the tomato into slices.
Step 12
Cut the sandwich bread in half without cutting it all the way through.
Step 13
Spread the sauce on both sides of the bread.
Step 14
Top the bottom half with the vegetables, onions, chicken and cheese.

Bake the sub in the oven at approx. 200 degrees for 1-2 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Finally, add the lettuce and tomato and you can enjoy your sub!
