Instructions
Step 1
Cut open squash & season with salt & pepper. Place face up on baking sheet
Step 2
Chop onion & cut the tops of 2 whole garlic heads. Place on baking sheet as well
Step 3
Season all veggies with rosemary & thyme
Step 4
Roast veggies at 450 for 40 minutes
Step 5
Blend everything in a blender with 1tsp curry powder, 1tsp cinnamon, & 1 cup of heavy cream
Step 6
Butter your bread & fry up your grilled cheese sandwich
Step 7
Add water if needed to the soup
