Instructions
Step 1
Spray a large skillet with Pam cooking spray, heat over medium heat. Add the sirloin tips and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Step 2
In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and garlic. Cook until mushrooms are tender and browned.
Step 3
Return the sirloin tips to the skillet, and add the beef broth, liquid aminos, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Step 4
Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes, until the sirloin tips are cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Step 5
Serve the sirloin tips and mushrooms over cauliflower rice or mashed cauliflower.
