Instructions
Step 1
One bunch - remove all white roots - slice it’s off vertically - shredded - 2-3 ginger shred and mix them in a bowl
Step 2
Pat dry fish
Step 3
Sprinkle salt on fish both sides
Step 4
Boil water , make sure it’s too full so it won’t spill over to the steam fish.
Step 5
Place shredded ginger and green onion underneath the fish in the fish and on top of the fish and cook for 7-9 minutes . Check by poking through the fish and make sure it’s not chewy
Step 6
Boil oil on the side
Step 7
Pour fish soy sauce over fish. And pour boil oil over the fish
