Instructions
Step 1
The day before, soak your glutinous sticky rice in a bowl of cold water
Step 2
The next day, mix all meatball ingredients together in a large bowl. Drain your glutinous rice and place into a bowl.
Step 3
Bring a large pot of water to the boil with a rack set up for steaming. Use a small ice cream scoop or form small balls with wet hands before rolling into the sticky rice. Repeat til you have finished all balls.
Step 4
Place meatballs into a lined steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes til meatballs are cooked through. Mix the dipping sauce while the balls are steaming.
Step 5
Sprinkle with sesame and spring onions and serve!
