Instructions
Step 1
Cut tofu and vegetables, and place them into a pot.
Step 2
Add water, sake, soy sauce, dashi powder, and sesame oil, and let it boil.
Step 3
Add thin-sliced pork, and cook until the meat is no longer pink.
Step 4
Serve with ponzu sauce.
