Instructions
Step 1
1. Form smaller meatballs roughly 20g each

2. Chop zucchini, onion, & carrots into medium cubes
Step 3
3. Heat pan to medium high heat then Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil

4. Brown meatballs then remove leaving excess oil
Step 5
5. In the same pan, add chopped carrots, onions, & zucchini and allow veggies to sweat for 4 mins (lower heat to medium if veggies begin to brown)
Step 6
6. Add chicken broth, bring heat to high to boil then add orzo and meatballs
Step 7
7. Cover pot then bring heat to low, cook for 15 minutes
Step 8
8. Turn heat off and serve
