Addicting shaved fennel salad 💚 I really mean it when i say addicting, you must try this EVEN if you’re not a fennel lover !! The link is in my bio🥰 Ingredients: •1 large fennel •1/2 bunch fresh mint •1/2 bunch fresh dill •1/2 bunch fresh cilantro •1 Serrano chili (optional but so good) •1 Granny Smith apple •1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds •1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice •1/3 cup olive oil •2 tsp. salt •crushed black pepper Directions: 1. Using a large peeler, shave the fennel bulb (including the tops, if available) and place in a large bowl. 2. Finally chop the herbs and chili, and add them to the bowl with the shaved fennel. 3. Slice the apple into matchstick slices and add them to the bowl. 4. Lightly toast the slivered almonds in a small pan, then set aside to cool. 5. Dress the salad with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well to combine. 6. Clean around the top of the bowl before serving. 7. Top the salad with the toasted almonds. 8. Enjoy!

Instructions

Step 1
