Fajitas
Substitute beef with pork loin, chicken breast, or shrimp (with shrimp add lime juice after cook not in marinade).
Serve with fresh tortillas, arroz rojo or cilantro lime rice, refritos, guacamole or sliced avocado, salsa verde/rojo/fruta, pico de gallo or chimichurri, red cabbage slaw, or a garnish of fresh onions, cilantro, and lime.
Serve as chilaquiles or nachos, burritos or quesadillas/mulitas, torta, sope/tostada, or as a descarte by adding melty cheese (Oaxaca, chihuahua, mozzarella) into the pan of ingredients and maybe a salsa.
Use leftovers to make omelets or instant ramen.
Lettuce sucks.
I swear to god if you use sour cream or yellow shredded cheese I will haunt you.
COOK THE TORTILLAS BEFORE EATING THEM.

Step 6
Remove beef and add vegetables in same pan, cook until they are tender, add additional marinade if you believe they need more flavor or a loud smoky sizzle.
