Step 1
Prepare pasta according to package
Step 2
Season shrimp & crab with creole and cook in 1 Tbsp EVOO
Step 3
Mix bread crumb into 1 Tbsp EVOO, to make wet
Step 4
Assemble in casserole : Mix Velvetta mix with pasta
Stir in shrimp / crab meat
Top with Bread Crumb mixure
Step 5
Bake / Broil Low, until crumbs brown.
Step 6
Garnish with green onion, parsley, etc...
Step 7
Serve with Garlic Toast & Broccoli on Side
