Instructions

Step 1
Add the yeast into the lukewarm water and beat it until the yeast dissolves and makes bubbles.
Step 2
Add the other ingredients, sugar, milk, salt then flour. Knead the dough well for 5 minutes until it becomes elastic. *Add a little extra flour if you think it's necessary - the dough should be elastic and not stick to the bowl.
Step 3
Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Step 4
Form 18 balls from the dough, place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and let the balls rise for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Brush the buns
Step 6
Bake the buns in the middle of the oven at 225 degrees conventional top and bottom heat for 12 minutes.
