Instructions
Step 1
* Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease and line a 7 x 4-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
* In a large mixing bowl, combine the bananas, yogurt sugar free vanilla coffee syrup and whisk together, until combined. Gently stir through the flour and mix well, until fully incorporated.
Step 3
* Transfer the batter into the greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
Step 4
* Remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan completely, before slicing.
