reheated, leftover, finely chopped
5 slicesbacon
cooked, very finely chopped
1 blockcream cheese
room temperature
1jalapeno
finely diced
1 TbspBBQ rub
8mozzarella cheese sticks
1 cupall purpose flour
4eggs
whisked
2 cupspanko bread crumbs
frying oil
For Ranch
⅔ cupmayo
⅔ cupsour cream
⅓ cupbuttermilk
2 Tbspdried dill
3 Tbspparsley
finely chopped
3 Tbspchives
finely chopped
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
For Jalapeño Jam
Instructions
For mozzarella sticks
Step 1
Chop brisket and bacon in food processor.
Step 2
Add in cream cheese, jalapeños, and bbq rub.
Step 3
Wrap mixture around cheese sticks and dredge in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Fry until golden brown
For Ranch
Step 5
Add all ingredients and mix well.
For Jalapeño Jam
Step 6
Sauté chopped jalapeños in hot honey and red wine vinegar.
