Instructions

Step 1
Toss chicken into a bowl with the oyster sauce and soy sauce and marinate for 10 minutes

Mash garlic and chilli in mortar and pestle until finely smashed

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat. When oil is shimmering hot add the garlic chilli mixture and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant

Increase the heat to high, add the chicken and cook stirring until just cooked through about 4 minutes. Add the basil and cook until wilted about 1 minutes
