Instructions
Step 1
Heat up a pot and add salt and fettuccine as soon as the water boils.
Step 2
Grate the Parmesan while the pasta is cooking using a cheese grater.
Step 3
Add butter together with a scoop of pasta water to a pan and let the butter melt on low heat.
Step 4
Add the fettuccine, another scoop of pasta water, the other half of the butter and the Parmesan. Combine everything together.
Step 5
