For the CHOCOLATE CAKE BASE

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk 4 eggs with sugar and sunflower oil for a couple of minutes or until your have a fluffy mixture.
Step 2
Swift in flour, cocoa and baking powder and gently mix everything together until smooth.
Step 3
Transfer your chocolate cake batter into a rectangular cake dish previously lined with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 4
In the meantime, in a bowl mix some cream cheese with 1 egg, sugar, corn starch and, optionally, vanilla. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and form some lines on top of the chocolate cake to form a grill pattern.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 30-35 mins (180C/360F). Let it cool down completely before serving and enjoy. Buon appetito!
