Instructions
Step 1
Prepare bacon wrapped asparagus Place frozen salmon onto parchment paper add chilli flakes, lime or lemon zest, season and wrap and seal , prepare small roast potatoes with rosemary
Remove parchment from Salmon 5 mins before end and pop back in oven Allow 20 mins for Salmon , 15 for asparagus and 20 for roasties
Step 2
Chop small onion and add to large knob of unsalted butter, thyme, wild garlic and bring to medium heat, add small amount of chicken stock and near end small amount of cream and lemon juice
Step 3
When done add chopped chives lime or lemon zest
