Family favorite! You can use mild, medium or hot salsa depending on your taste. Can be served over rice or with Spanish rice and peas. Easy recipe.

Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F 2. Heat Olive oil over medium heat in large skillet 3. Add chopped garlic 4. Add diced peppers and sauté till slightly cooked down then add chopped onion, salt and pepper. Sauté till all is soft and onion are caramelized. 5. In a large baking dish pour out jar of salsa. 6. In a large zip lock bag add 3 pieces of chicken and 1 TBS. of taco mix. Shake till coated. Place in baking dish. Repeat with next 3 pieces of chicken and 1 TBS. of taco mix. arrange in baking dish in single layer. 7. Top chicken with sautéed peppers and onions. 8. Bake in 375 degree oven for 25 min. 9. Top with cheese and continue to bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with rice, Top with sour cream with desired and enjoyed.
