Spaghetti with chicken, tomato & pesto

Coook pasta
Step 2
Place oil in pan over medium high heat

Add chicken and cook
Step 4
Reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic and cook until fragrant. Add tomatoes and cook for 1 min.
Step 5
Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup of water. Place pasta in frying pan with chicken, add pesto and rocket leaves.
Step 6
Add a splash of reserved cooking water, season and stir well.
