Step 1
Cook pasta
Step 2
Water saute onions took translucent with garlic and 1/2 pkg chopped sun dried tomatoes
Step 3
In blender, add onion mixture to 1 cup hummus. Add 0.5 cup pasta water to blender for mixing.
Step 4
Add salt and blend. Drain pasta. Add mixture to pasta. Sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Add other 1/2 pkg Chopped Sun dried tomatoes.
Step 5
Optional-add air fried chickpeas to garnish
