Dump and Bake Chicken Fried Rice

It’s not authentic fried rice but it’s an easy way to fake it till you make it !

Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2
Cube your chicken breast
Step 3
Rinse your rice (or don’t, I don’t care 🤷🏼‍♀️ )
Step 4
To a 9x12 baking dish, add your uncooked rice, chicken broth, garlic, seasonings, soy sauce and mix well

Then add your chicken and frozen veggies
Step 6
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
Step 7
After 30 minutes, stir it, cover it back up, and cook for 30 more minutes

Once done, fluff the rice and garnish how you please
