Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with aluminium foil or greaseproof paper.
Step 2
Cut chicken into cubes and place onto the baking sheet with all the vegetables.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil and mix in to coat the chicken and vegetables evenly.
Step 4
Sprinkle garlic, salt, black pepper and paprika over chicken and veggies
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes
Step 6
Place 1/2 cup cooked rice into containers
Step 7
Serve chicken and veg on top and enjoy!
